Classic Sourdough

Every loaf is handcrafted in small batches, slowly fermented with my sourdough starter, and baked in cast iron to create a crackly crust and a soft, flavorful crumb. Made with just a few simple ingredients and plenty of time, this is bread the traditional way; honest, delicious, and baked with care.
